Butter Sautéed Brussel Sprouts

INGREDIENTS:
15 brussel sprouts, halved lengthwise
- 1 ½ tablespoons of butter
- 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil
- Garlic clove, smashed
- Bee Sweet & Spicy Habanero-Infused Honey
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt butter and olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until butter is foamy.
- Reduce heat to medium, add smashed garlic and cook until lightly browned and fragrant.
- Remove garlic and discard.
- Add brussel sprouts cut side down. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low, do not stir. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a knife.
- The cut side of the sprouts should be nicely browned, with a nutty, buttery flavor enhanced by the garlic.
- Top with Bee Sweet & Spicy Habanero-Infused Honey
